Cross flow closed cooling tower

Working principle

The characteristic of the cross-flow closed cooling tower is that the spray water and the water flow cross horizontally. The cooling tower is air-inlet on both sides, and the spray water is sprayed from top to bottom, and the water temperature is lowered layer by layer through the filler. The dry cold air enters from both sides, fully integrates with the filler and coil, and wraps the heat exchange tube in all aspects. Due to the large humidity and temperature difference with the spray water coverage area, the heat exchange effect is better.

Advantage

It is named because the spray water and hot air are in the horizontal direction. The spray water flows from top to bottom, and the wind enters horizontally from the side, passes through the middle of the heat exchanger coil, cross-exchanges heat with the falling spray water, and reduces the spray water temperature.
