Working principle
A counterflow closed cooling tower is a cooling tower in which the wind direction is opposite to the direction of the spray water. The air inlet of the countercurrent closed cooling tower is at the bottom. Dry and low-temperature air is sucked in from the bottom of the tower and flows alternately in the opposite direction with the falling spray water. The hot air absorbs heat and moisture and is discharged by the top fan.
Features
The refrigerant and the heat medium are named in opposite directions. The spray water is sprayed from top to bottom, and the air passes through from bottom to top at high speed.。
Structure
The main feature is closure. The cooling medium is completely enclosed and cooled by the flow in the heat exchange tube. It is completely isolated from the outside world and other media. It is self-enclosed, with no evaporation, no impurities, and no consumption, ensuring purity and consistency, and can cool any fluid.
Advantage
The entire cross section can be used to arrange heat exchange tubes, with large flow, small resistance, simple structure and convenient maintenance. With a simple structural design, dust and scale are not easy to accumulate outside the tube even in harsh environments.
Counter-flow structure composition
Features: Spray water downwards, cooling air upwards; the circulating medium is completely isolated from the outside world; the cross section of the cooling tower is all precious metals.
Structure: The bottom is the spray water tank, the top is the air inlet, and the surroundings are the heat exchange coils. The top is the spray water system, and the top is the water collector and the fan.
Countercurrent working principle
Air cooling part: The working fluid circulates in the coil of the closed tower. After the heat of the fluid is absorbed by the tube wall of the coil, the heat of the tube wall is discharged outside the machine through the fan on the upper side of the cooler.
Wind flow direction: The cooling water of the flow cooling tower contacts the air in reverse, and the water is dispersed through the water distributor. The heat exchange rate is high, that is, the cooling effect is relatively good.
Water cooling part: When the temperature of the fluid is too high (exceeding the set temperature), the spray system is automatically started, and the spray pump sprays water on the wet and hot tube wall to form a water film, which absorbs a lot of heat (latent heat of evaporation) through evaporation. Part of the spray water turns into water vapor and is carried away by the flowing air. The water droplets that are not evaporated fall on the packing heat exchange layer and are collected in the water collection tank after cooling for the next cycle. The fluid in the coil is closed and circulated, and theoretically there is no consumption.
