Project background: The factory mainly produces gravure plate rollers, which produces electroplating wastewater, and needs to achieve zero discharge and recycling.

Solution: Chromium-containing wastewater, copper-containing wastewater, and nickel-containing wastewater are collected in the early stage and then treated by quality separation and diversion. After physical and chemical reaction, batch precipitation, filtration, reclaimed water reuse, and evaporation equipment, zero wastewater discharge is finally achieved.

Project results: The effluent water quality is stable and meets the standards, and customer satisfaction is high.

Project background: Chromic acid mist waste gas is generated during the chrome plating process of the engine cylinder, which is seriously polluted and needs to meet the discharge standards. Chromic acid has a high economic value, so it is first recovered and then purified.

Project background: The factory discharges high-concentration organic wastewater every day, which needs to be discharged to the municipal pipe network in compliance with the standards.

Solution: We customized a set of pretreatment + biochemical + MBR membrane system for it, with a daily processing capacity of 300 tons.

Project results: The effluent water quality stably meets the Indonesian national emission standards, the system has low energy consumption, and high customer satisfaction.

Project Background: Lithium iron carbonate batteries use lithium carbonate as the positive electrode, graphite as the negative electrode, and lithium salt solution as the electrolyte. Wastewater is generated during the production process and must be discharged in compliance with standards.

Solution: The positive electrode uses lithium iron phosphate, PVDF, conductive carbon, and NMP as raw materials, and the negative electrode is mainly composed of graphite, SBR, CMC, conductive carbon black, etc. According to the nature of the wastewater, low-temperature evaporation equipment is selected.

Project Results: Wastewater purification efficiency ≧96%, the project has passed the acceptance smoothly, and the operation is stable and reliable.

Project Background: A large amount of VOC-containing waste gas is generated in the dyeing and finishing process, affecting the workshop environment and the lives of surrounding residents.

Solution: Install an RTO regenerative oxidation furnace with bag dust removal + activated carbon adsorption pretreatment.

Project Results: The VOC removal rate is over 98%, the project has passed the acceptance of the Environmental Protection Bureau smoothly, and the operation is stable and reliable.

Project Background: There are complex organic wastewater and waste gas emissions such as hydrogen sulfide and benzene in the petrochemical park.

Solution: Provide a complete set of industrial wastewater biochemical + flotation system, and the waste gas adopts a scrubber + UV photolysis + activated carbon treatment process.

Project Background: The customer faces the problem of excessive heavy metals and high-salinity wastewater discharge.

Solution: Design an automated coagulation and sedimentation + electrocatalytic system, and use reverse osmosis to reuse part of the water resources in the later stage.
