Major Project Upgrades & Deployments.


San Antonio Water System (SAWS) invests $163 million in upgrading its Steven M. Clouse Water Recycling Center—treating ~125 MGD—by installing six high-efficiency blowers, adding three modern aeration basins, and enhancing electrical and structural systems.Electroplating wastewater treatment equipment. Completion is scheduled for end‑2027, delivering over $1 million/year in energy savings and securing capacity through 2050. 


Frankfort, Michigan completes $5.1 million plant renovation, removing inactive “big blue” tanks, installing a new headworks system for debris filtration, and switching from chlorine to ultraviolet disinfection. The upgrade boosts capacity from 0.4 MGD to 1 MGD .


Technopark Thiruvananthapuram commissions a ‘Smart STP’ (7.5 MLD) featuring automation and a membrane bioreactor (MBR), producing high-quality reclaimed water with consistent performance and compact layout. 


Muttathara STP (Kerala, India) introduces Omniprocessor tech, a resource-efficient system incinerating sludge to generate electricity and potable water. Supported by the Gates Foundation and Ankur Scientific, it aims to be online within two months, alongside a Rs 17 crore tertiary plant slated for 18 months.
