Metal surface treatment wastewater is divided into heavy metal wastewater and non heavy metal wastewater. The main pollutants in heavy metal wastewater are hexavalent chromium, copper ions, and nickel ions.

The treatment process adopt Physicochemical reaction、Sequential batch precipitation、Filtration、Heavy metal capture and UF.Then the heavy metal wastewater can meet stable emission standards.

The main pollutants in non heavy metal wastewater are acidity, alkalinity, and COD.The treatment process adopt Acid base regulation、Batch precipitation、Filtration and Hydroxyl radical oxidation.Then the non heavy metal wastewater can meet stable emission standards.

1.1 Physical and chemical reaction system

The physical and chemical reaction is a key link in the system, which adopts fully automated control and monitoring. At the same time, the monitoring data is compared and calibrated to provide a guarantee for the safety of the entire system.


1.2 Batch flocculation and sedimentation system

Batch flocculation and sedimentation system is a core component of the system, which includes a pipeline mixing zone, a filtration and sedimentation drainage zone, an emergency reflux zone, and a mud water sedimentation separation zone. The system has high emergency and controllability.


1.3 Filtration system

The filtration system is designed to remove any colloidal substances that may remain in the sedimentation system. To ensure the long-term effective operation of heavy metal capture and UF, the filtration system features high flow rate, automatic valve body switching, and easy cleaning.


1.4 Heavy metal capture system

The purpose of heavy metal capture is to capture and adsorb small amounts of heavy metal ions that may remain in wastewater, providing a guarantee process for the standard discharge of heavy metal ions.


1.5 UF System

UF is a membrane separation process that utilizes a pressure activated membrane to retain colloids, particles, and relatively high molecular weight substances in water under external driving force (pressure), while water and small solute particles pass through the membrane for separation. This process further purifies the water quality.


1.6 Hydroxyl radical oxidation system

The hydroxyl radical oxidation system directly degrades organic pollutants through electrode reactions under the action of an external electric field, or utilizes the catalytic activity of electrodes or catalytic materials to generate a large number of highly oxidizing free radicals for the degradation of organic pollutants. Due to its outstanding oxidation ability, hydroxyl oxidation technology assists in the addition of chemicals to achieve the goal of organic matter removal.

 

2、Process control system

Process control system adopt Mitsubishi PLC, Weilun touch screen, Siemens electrical components.It achieves PLC automatic control, dynamic process display, manual/automatic switching.It also can achieve office central control, monitoring, viewing through network docking and flexible parameter adjustment and setting.
