Project Background
Metal surface treatment processes such as electroplating, acid pickling, phosphating, and anodizing can generate highly contaminated and corrosive industrial wastewater.
For this Indonesian project, We supplied a customized low-temperature evaporation wastewater treatment system designed for the customer's surface treatment wastewater. The solution was developed to support wastewater treatment, water recovery, reduced liquid discharge, and efficient use of the customer's existing factory space.

The customer required a reliable treatment solution suitable for the operating conditions of a metal surface treatment factory.
The main requirements included:
Treatment of wastewater generated from surface treatment processes
Water recovery for suitable production reuse

Corrosion-resistant equipment for acidic, alkaline and other corrosive wastewater conditions
Because wastewater characteristics and production conditions can vary between factories, the treatment system was configured according to the customer's actual wastewater volume and operating requirements.
Our Solution
Integrated Low-Temperature Evaporation Wastewater Treatment System
We supplied an integrated low-temperature evaporation system using vacuum and low-temperature operating conditions.
The system combines a low-temperature evaporator, heat pump and heat-exchange unit, vacuum system, condensation and water recovery module, and automatic wastewater circulation system into an integrated treatment package.
During the treatment process, wastewater is evaporated under low-temperature vacuum conditions. The generated vapor is condensed to recover water, while the remaining wastewater is concentrated. The recovered water can be reused in suitable production processes according to its quality and the customer's requirements.

The system uses evaporation and condensation to recover water from industrial wastewater. The recovered water can be returned to suitable production processes, helping reduce fresh water consumption while supporting a near-zero liquid discharge approach.
4. Automatic PLC Control
An intelligent PLC control system supports automatic start and stop, process adjustment, and real-time monitoring of equipment operating conditions. A remote cloud service platform is also available for intelligent control configurations.
5. Corrosion-Resistant Materials
The wastewater-contacting components are manufactured using high-strength corrosion-resistant materials selected for acidic, alkaline, and corrosive wastewater conditions commonly associated with metal surface treatment processes.
