I . Composition of MVR mechanical compression evaporation system(Zero-emission system)
1、Secondary steam recycling system(Steam Compressor)
The basic operating principle:Steam Compressor uses secondary steam as the initial heat source and performs work on secondary steam,Thus the secondary steam is heated and pressurized,this process converts the mechanical energy of the steam compressor into thermal energy.This process realizes the recycling and utilization of secondary steam.This process controls the injection of cooling water to extend the service life of the equipment.
The steam compressor is the core component of the system.We will use high-quality and high-efficiency steam compressors to ensure the stable and effective operation of the overall system. At the same time, online monitoring devices will be installed at the inlet and outlet of the compressor to monitor its operation at any time.
Compressor type selection:The types of compressors are divided into Roots compressors and centrifugal compressors.The steam compressor is the most critical equipment in the MVR evaporator system. For MVR evaporation systems with flow rates below 5000m3/h, the Roots compressor is an ideal choice with the best cost-effectiveness. We choose the centrifugal compressor for flow rates above 5000m3/h.

2、Heat exchange system
The heat exchanger consists of two parts: the main distillation heat exchanger and the energy recovery heat exchanger.
Main distillation heat exchanger:Adopting a high-throughput and high-density tubular heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is equipped with special water flow direction, steam flow direction, and turbulence structure inside to improve the collision and heat transfer coefficient between water flow and steam, ensuring efficient heat transfer efficiency between liquid and steam.
Energy Recovery Heat Exchanger:The energy recycling heat exchanger utilizes the waste heat of the distillate to preheat the feed liquid, reduce the temperature of the distillate, and increase the temperature of the feed liquid, achieving waste heat recycling and reducing equipment energy consumption.
3、Forced circulation system
The use of a forced circulation system can achieve the following functions:
1)Ensure the turbulent state of the feed liquid, improve heat transfer efficiency, and ensure the heat transfer coefficient as the concentration of the feed liquid continues to increase.
2)Prevent pipeline blockage, force circulation flow, ensure high-speed flow inside, and prevent particle deposition on the surface of the pipeline;
3)Improve the surface evaporation rate of the material liquid by using hydraulic stirring to increase the surface velocity of the material liquid and provide evaporation efficiency.
4、Material liquid separation system
The separation system consists of multiple parts, each with its own unique function and significance. It includes the following parts:
1)Anti impact guiding structure. A high flow circulation pump has a certain stirring and impact effect on the water flow in the separator during the back and forth circulation process, preventing excessive back and forth flushing force of the water flow from affecting the operation of the separator and the entire system. A reasonable force guiding structure is set internally, which can effectively buffer and pull various impact forces.
2)Fractionation system. During the evaporation process of water containing impurities at a certain temperature, distilled water will carry some substances from the feed liquid and evaporate. The fractionation system uses multiple high-performance cyclone separators to optimize the quality of the distillate.
3)Density settlement system. After concentration, the material liquid can be separated from low-density material liquid through a high-density settling system. The low-density material liquid continues to circulate and exchange heat, while the high-density material liquid settles and is discharged.
4)Online monitoring system. The system is equipped with observation glass, temperature control system, liquid level control system and foam monitoring control system, which operate in a fully automated manner to ensure the stable operation of the system.
5、Series connected low-temperature waste heat recycling and evaporation system
The series low-temperature evaporation waste heat recovery system uses waste heat reuse to evacuate the evaporation system, keeping it in a low-temperature state. This allows for the reuse of waste heat while further evaporating and concentrating the mother liquor.
6、Preheating system
Adopting a non direct contact heating method, it quickly starts and heats up the materials in the vacuum distillation system, without additional high-pressure and high-risk equipment, and greatly extends the service life of the preheating system.
7、Soundproof and heat-insulating cover
Internal insulation and sound insulation measures are installed to reduce noise issues after the equipment is in operation. The prying equipment adopts door hinges or quick release locks for easy maintenance and use.
8、Defoamer metering and mixing device
Wastewater contains a certain amount of COD, which will generate certain bubbles during high-temperature evaporation. A metering defoaming medium is used. The defoamer must be mixed evenly to maximize its energy efficiency and ensure the effectiveness of the defoamer addition.
9、Cleaning system
After a period of use, the heat exchange system equipment needs to be cleaned and regenerated to ensure the effective use of the heat exchange system. The cleaning system adopts an external circulation method.
Ceramic grinding balls are used for cleaning. Under hydraulic impact, the grinding balls continuously impact the surface of the heat exchanger, causing difficult to clean pollutants remaining on the inner wall of the pipeline to be peeled off, thus achieving efficient cleaning work.

10、Automation and touch machine control system
Fully automatic operation, convenient for system operation and maintenance, using Mitsubishi PLC and 10.7-inch Weilun touch screen, built into the control cabinet door. Visualize all important process data of the entire processing system. Clear structured menu operation, simple and intuitive operation. Cloud server, remote access, remote maintenance and remote alarm options.
