Project Background: Lithium iron carbonate batteries use lithium carbonate as the positive electrode, graphite as the negative electrode, and lithium salt solution as the electrolyte. Wastewater is generated during the production process and must be discharged in compliance with standards.

Solution: The positive electrode uses lithium iron phosphate, PVDF, conductive carbon, and NMP as raw materials, and the negative electrode is mainly composed of graphite, SBR, CMC, conductive carbon black, etc. According to the nature of the wastewater, low-temperature evaporation equipment is selected.

Project Results: Wastewater purification efficiency ≧96%, the project has passed the acceptance smoothly, and the operation is stable and reliable.
