The core principle
I.Double circulation system design
-Internal circulation: cooling medium (water, oil, etc.) in the closed pipe flow, completely isolated from the outside world, to avoid contamination and evaporation losses
-External circulation: spray water on the outside surface of the heat exchanger tube to form a water film, through evaporation and heat absorption to take away the heat from the pipe wall.
Air-assisted heat dissipation: fan-driven air flows through the outer surface of the heat exchanger tube, strengthening convection heat transfer and discharging hot and humid steam.
II. Energy-saving and water-saving mechanism
-When the external temperature is low, the spray system can be turned off, and only air cooling through the finned tube dissipates heat (dry cooling mode), which reduces water consumption.
-Spray water recycling, only a small amount of evaporation loss needs to be replenished, the overall water consumption than the open cooling tower to reduce more than 60%.
